Including open, non-healed cold sores and current/active rash, eczema, or psoriasis flare up.
Antibiotics, such as Doxycycline, Tetracycline, Sulfonamides - must wait one week after the last dose. Topical Therapy, such as 5-fluorouracil - must wait one week after completion of therapy. Photodynamic Therapy - must wait 2 weeks after completion of therapy.
Oral Retinoids (Isotretinoin, Accutane) - must wait 6 months after the last dose.
Chemotherapy - please check with your oncologist as some chemo medications can be photosensitizing.
Diuretics may be photosensitizing.
Please note, our medical team will review all medications being taken prior to treatment and will assess the skin to ensure it is at baseline and ready for treatment.

Based on your skin assessment and consultation, our Skin Laundry medical providers may clear you for treatment as long as vitiligo has never been present on the treatment area.
Laser, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or microneedling, dermaplaning, within the previous 2 weeks. (after laser hair removal - wait one week before Skin Laundry facial). Healing stages may vary and your skin will be assessed during consultation.
